Instituting precautions according to the Spa COVID-19 guidelines is essential for maintaining sanitation for the health and safety of guests and employees. To assist you in implementing procedures that will help protect the public's health during COVID-19, we have provided you with our guidelines and policies.

Let's keep the germs away! All clients at Skin Deep Med Spa are required to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water. Not only will this prevent contamination, but also allow you to help us provide healthy products and a healthy environment.
We encourage guests to wear a mask upon entering Skin Deep Med Spa unless you are fully vaccinated. We request that you keep the masks on until a therapist calls you for your treatment.
We also request that you keep a six-foot social distance when interacting with our staff and clients.
Guests must have their temperature taken upon entering our med spa location. If a hike in temperature is detected, the client will not be allowed to enter. In compliance with World Health Organization regulations.
Please note that only clients receiving ongoing treatments or clinical procedures are permitted in the treatment areas of Skin Deep Med Spa, including the spa reception area.
Covid-19 has created quite a disruption, and we've had to make some adjustments to your spa bookings. Don’t worry, this won’t affect the kinds of services you get. We just want to make sure everyone stays safe, even during as early as the booking process.
With Skin deep Med Spa, we make the process easy. We include guidelines at the front of your confirmation email to ensure that all bookings are confirmed and that all safety information is disseminated.
We will be happy to make an appointment for you; however, you must call us directly and place your appointment over the phone before arrival. You can also book an appointment online.
As a courtesy to our other guests, we can only take new appointments during our normal business hours. There may be a wait for an appointment on some days and appointment times are limited.
The receptionist greets the guest at the door on arrival and provides them with a hand sanitizer and conducts a temperature check, and refreshments while they wait if necessary. The receptionist then informs guests about safety measures to adhere to and what is expected from the stay.
Skin Deep Med Spa has a policy in place to accommodate issues with appointments and ensure you do not lose your deposit if you need to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
There is a 24-hour mandatory notice for cancellations on ALL services, including complimentary consultations. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a $100.00 fee will be charged on all Injection/Consulting services. There will be a full service charge on all Skincare Service cancellations under 24 hours notice.
Preparation is essential to experience a comfortable and relaxing visit, so upon arrival to Skin Deep Med Spa, guests are welcomed into our serene waiting room.
During your service, we activate a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter that removes airborne contaminants.
At Skin Deep Med Spa we ensure our Treatment Rooms and linen rooms are always spotless between clients, so you can be assured of a safe, clean and sterile environment.
Our strict hygiene protocol covers all equipment, as well as the facility itself—which is regularly inspected by a NSW Health Inspector. Additionally, treatment times are timely to ensure there is always a gap between appointments, even during peak periods.
We take every precaution to sanitize and sterilize areas and equipment in contact with our patients. To reinforce the importance of hand hygiene and prevent the spread of COVID-19, Skin Deep Med Spa now has hand sanitation stations for guests and employees located throughout the facility.
To minimize environmental contamination, we disinfect all high contact areas such as door handles and hard non-porous surfaces throughout our workplace at least every 30 minutes based on volume.
We have no reported cases of this virus here at Skin Deep Med Spa; however, we consider this matter crucial and that all our staff will continue to use proper PPE to protect you and your loved ones.
The reception area is the first thing patients (and prospective patients) see after they walk into Skin Deep Med Spa. The reception desk is the focal point of this area, and it should be modified to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Plexiglass shields have been installed between all service providers and guests to reduce any risk of human-to-human contact that might occur during your visit.
By spacing appointments out and booking them in advance, you allow us the opportunity to better plan staffing and make sure there are enough individuals to assist with different treatments, rather than everyone coming in on the same day.
Our employee's health and safety are our top priorities. To ensure the best environment for all of our guests, from doctors to therapists, spa managers and other staff, we have several guidelines in place. Any violations such as handwashing, wearing masks, or proper temperature checks are considered a breach of COVID-19 guidelines.
The company follows strict guidelines at Skin Deep Med Spa to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. All employees are responsible for the maintenance of their work stations and not using each other's workspace. If unavoidable, our staff sanitizes the area before and after using it.

Cory is an expert injector with extensive training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, specializing in non-surgical facial aesthetics while understanding the importance of combination therapy. Her expertise is in listening to her patients and customizing an individualized treatment plan based on the clients needs.
